VENUE CHANGE CONFIRMED: the SDPC Raceshop Great American 50Ks has moved from Montgomery International Dragway to Gulfport Dragway. Parking begins Oct. 12, Test & Tune runs Oct. 13, and four straight $50,000-to-win races run Oct. 14-17.

What to expect
Gulfport Dragway announced the venue move on 17 September 2026. Racers who already pre-registered and cannot make the trip to Gulfport are eligible for a 100% refund according to the official announcement.
Pre-registration is not required. The event announcement says single-day and single-entry gate entries are welcome. The $200 pre-registration deposit is required to take advantage of the buy-one-entry/get-one-entry-free offer and to qualify for the Weekend Points Fund; the remaining $1,400 is due at the gate.
The official flyer lists $50,000 to win Wednesday through Saturday, with $10,000 runner-up, $3,000 semifinal, $1,500 Round 8 winner, $1,250 Round 7 winner, $1,000 Round 6 winner, $750 Round 5 winner, $500 Round 4 winner and $250 Round 3 winner payouts. Confirm all race procedures and payout conditions with the promoter before travelling.
